Dogs and Komotini
I am a grown up man, who managed to develop a specific life style, which I've never thought that will change. So, going for an EVS, I did not have any expectations. Even if all my colleagues told me that during this experience I will change a lot.
So I started my trip on the second of November from Chisinau to Komotini.
It's been already 2 weeks since I arrived to Greece, and I start already to feel some changes inside myself. As my home town, Komotini is full of street dogs. But with a huge difference, here dogs are more calm, and are living harmoniously together with the locals.
Day by day, I started to interact more with all the dogs, not by choice but mostly because they are everywhere and are approaching you almost all of the time.
If at the beginning I was quite nervous being around them, also because they are quite big as you can see in the photos. After a while I started to get more used to them, and to leave my comfort zone.
From one point, I started to enjoy this environment, and also having them around. And, I do believe that during my EVS, I will have a lot of chances to gain new experience, information and skills.
This is just a small part from the whole non-formal learning process that I started during my EVS.
